Join the Recirculating Farms team working at the nexus of local food production and food justice! The Associate Director will expand and maintain Recirculating Farms programming, and will lead the organization's long term funding strategy. Other responsibilities are varied, and include contributing to the management and implementation of Recirculating Farms' strategic planning, policy advocacy and other programming, and addressing new initiatives and needs, as they arise. In addition to solid experience in grant writing and program management, this position requires leadership, flexibility, creativity, resourcefulness, and a passion for promoting local food, food justice, and environmental responsibility. The expectation is that the Associate Director will eventually become the next Executive Director, and the position requires a long term commitment to the organization.
