We at Love Your City are happy to be welcoming Son of a Saint to the LYC network! Son of a Saint is a nonprofit organization that helps fatherless boys of the New Orleans area by providing them mentorship, education, recreation, camaraderie, cultural enrichment, and emotional support.
Son of a Saint was founded by Bivian “Sonny” Lee, III in 2011 in honor of his late father and single mother. Sonny had realized the struggles of growing up in a fatherless household and sought to create opportunities for boys in the same situation but less fortunate than him. In the past decade, Son of a Saint has contributed to tremendous accomplishments in the nurturing of their mentees. Yielding results are as follows:
